To become a member you need only express and interest in becoming involved, and join a contact list so that U.M.W. can share information with you. U.M.W. meetings are generally 3-4 times a year (the Friendship Banquet and the Christmas Tea are examples). The U.M.W. is comprised of small interest groups that meet monthly or quarterly. Anyone is invited to attend, or join. There are active U.M.W. who are not currently involved in a group. You can start your own group with women who have a common interest and elect a leader. This person will receive emails with information about the U.M.W., which can then be passed on to the rest of the group. If you have an interest in attending an event, ours is a supportive and loving church and we can help you get there.
